Shipping

We only use UPS since all other carriers are now irradiating all packages which can destroy the effective quality of whole food nutritional products. The UPS delivery person may leave the package without a signature if he/she feels that it is safe to do so. Orders totalling over $100 may need a signature upon delivery. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 for domestic shipments. For international shipping please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a product give us a call (206) 783-0681 or send us an email (dorwwilson@gmail.com) for return instructions. All returns and/or damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. It is mantitory that all return items be shipped UPS since all other carriers are now irradiating all packages which can destroy the effective quality of whole food nutritional products. Return packages shipped using carriers other than UPS WILL NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. All return/exchange items must be in new saleable condition. Please retain all shipping / insurance receipts. This will aid you in case that the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be shipped prepaid, we do not except COD return shipments. Sterling Organics does not refund or credit shipping fees, nor will we pay for return shipping of your package unless the package was shipped in our error.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order please call us as soon as possible by phone at (206) 783-0681. If you contact us to cancel your order before it is shipped you will not incure any fees. If you contact us to cancel your order after it has shipped you will be charged for actual shipping charges. Sterling Organics, LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs once your order has been shipped.
